Energy path
Boundary of combustible gas, heating and condensation
CORE / PROPRIETARY ENGINEERING
The ability to operate continuously comes from multiple engineering systems working together within the same boundary, rather than a single device or point parameter. Here are the currently precipitated core system modules; as R&D and project practice progress, the system will continue to expand.
System Reading Method
Each system module should be reviewed back to material properties, thermal paths, operating hours, maintenance conditions and site safety. They jointly serve the four main lines of energy utilization, material reaction, stable operation and engineering safety.

ENERGY · MATERIAL · SAFETYCurrent System Module
The following are the core modules currently on display. Each item shall be confirmed in combination with specific raw materials, site, heat source and project conditions; subsequent new self-developed content will be continuously added with the same engineering logic.
Establish independent collection, control and combustion heat supply paths around pyrolyzable combustible gases, and integrate heat source, gas path and tail gas treatment into the same engineering boundary.
Improve the heating uniformity of complex materials with the idea of lifting and throwing with the rotation of the cylinder, and reduce the differences in accumulation, agglomeration and local reactions.
Transfer the high-temperature charcoal into an independent cooling path, and establish the necessary engineering buffers around continuous discharging, product protection, and host thermal stress management.
The service equipment is dynamically sealed and stabilized in anaerobic working conditions to reduce the interference of outside air on the continuous carbonization process, gas path status and operating rhythm.
Place the pressure release path, on-site personnel safety and equipment recovery conditions into the project design, and clarify the safety boundaries under abnormal working conditions.
Conduct independent condensation and purification treatment of combustible gases, and reduce the interference of coking and clogging on continuous operation around the cleanliness of tar, condensate and gas circuits.
Project review
Please prepare the nature of the raw materials, expected processing scale, site conditions, existing heat sources and target products. Based on the project conditions, Olten will help you determine the system modules, data levels, and next-step project communication paths that need priority verification.
