Product introduction
Hammer mill is one of the main equipments in the crushing raw mateials in the charcoal making production process.It is a fine crushing equipment, which can smash various materials into sawdust by making full use of the impact of hammers.

Working Principle
When it is working, the raw materials pass through the feed port, and are crushed by a high-speed rotating rotor with hammers . At the same time, the crushed products are discharged with high airflow pressure. The size of the final product is controlled by the screen.

Core Components
- Hammer: The blade is made of high-speed alloy steel, and the hammer is 65Mn after heat treatment, with high wear resistance and high hardness.
- Lining board: Manganese steel.
- Screen: No. 45 cold-rolled plate, acid and alkali resistance, good rust resistance, many models can be customized.
- Spindle: No. 45 steel quenched and tempered, the rotor is checked and balanced.
