Working Principle
When it works, the raw materials pass through the feed port, and are crushed by a high-speed rotating rotor with hammers and blades. At the same time, the cut and crushed products are discharged with high airflow pressure. The size of the final product is controlled by the screen.

- Crushing blade and Hammer: The blade is made of high-speed alloy steel, and the hammer is 65Mn after heat treatment, with high wear resistance and high hardness.
- Lining board: Manganese steel.
- Screen: No. 45 cold-rolled plate, acid and alkali resistance, good rust resistance, many models can be customized.
- Spindle: No. 45 steel quenched and tempered, the rotor is checked and balanced.
